She represents both domestic and foreign clients in court and out-of-court proceedings, including arbitrations and mediations, ranging from two-party disputes to multidistrict litigations.

Emphasis of Matea’s work focuses on specific industries, including financial services, banking, pharmaceutical and retail industry.

Significant part of Matea’s work involves advising clients on various aspects of commercial, company and employment law and drafting of a wide variety of a commercial related agreements.

She is also regular team member of due diligence and transaction projects.
