Jelena is a Senior Associate at SOG Law Firm.

Jelena has extensive experience presenting domestic and foreign clients in corporate and commercial disputes before domestic courts and representing clients in complex arbitration proceedings. Further, she regularly advises clients on employment matters and has significant experience representing clients before courts in employment disputes. She is also a member of a Data Protection team, providing legal assistance on matters related to the harmonization with GDPR and local DPA regulations.

She obtained her LL.B and LL.M degrees at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of law. During her LL.M. studies, she spent one semester at the University of Bialystok (Poland), Faculty of law.

Jelena is fluent in Serbian and English.
