Hana Ivana advises local and foreign clients on various matters in the areas of corporate, commercial law, and dispute resolution.
She obtained her law degree from the University of Zagreb, and afterward, she spent a year in Vienna as a postgraduate student at the University of Vienna in the postgraduate LLM European and International Business Law Program in German.
Hana Ivana worked as a student trainee at several law firms and actively participated in many student competitions and organizations during her studies. She was vice-president of the “European Youth Parliament Croatia” and “European Law Students’ Association Zagreb”, as well as part of the winning team at the international student M&A competition Big deal and part the runner-up team at Moot Court Croatia.
Hana Ivana is fluent in English and German and is appointed by the County Court in Zagreb as a Permanent Court Interpreter for English and German.
