Beata is a senior partner of the Law Firm Glinska & Mišković. She is heading the firm’s real estate projects practice and has gained extensive experience in all property related matters during many years of work in this field.

Beata represents many international investors and banks, real estate developers and retailers in projects and transactions in Croatia and has particular expertise in acquisition and management of office buildings and shopping centres as well as in development of commercial properties in Croatia. She also advises international construction companies in pubic private partnership projects.

Beata represents clients in high-profiled insolvency matters (bankruptcy proceedings, pre-bankruptcy proceedings and restructuring) and has particular expertise and experience in all maters of financial restructuring and debt collections, provided both to commercial banks and other legal entities.

Beata has extensive experience and knowledge in financing, corporate, dispute resolution, procurement, employment and general commercial issues.
